By downloading or using WebScan: Dual Chat App ("WebScan", "the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. What the app is
WebScan opens the official web versions of chat services in a built-in browser and adds tools around them. It is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by WhatsApp, Meta, Telegram or any other messaging service. All trademarks belong to their owners.
2. Using the app responsibly
- Link only accounts that you own or are allowed to use. Do not use the app to access someone else's account without their permission.
- Follow the terms of the chat services you sign in to. You are responsible for how you use them.
- Respect other people's privacy and rights: saving or sharing their statuses, media or messages may require their consent.
- Do not use the app for spam, harassment or anything unlawful.
3. Subscriptions
- WebScan Pro is offered as weekly, monthly and yearly subscriptions through Google Play. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- Where a free trial is offered, you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions; you keep Pro until the end of the period already paid for.
- Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy.
4. Ads and rewarded features
The free version shows ads. Some features can be unlocked for a limited time, or for a limited number of uses, by watching a rewarded ad. The availability of ads and rewards is not guaranteed.
5. Availability
The app depends on third-party web services that can change or stop working at any time. Features may change, break or be removed, and we do not guarantee that the app will always be available or error-free.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of data, for account restrictions applied by a chat service, or for indirect damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
